During his press conference about Nationalized Health Care, President Obama decided to interject an editorial accusation of police racism when he heard his personal friend was arrested in Cambridge, Massachusetts, even before reading the police report. On one sided hearsay evidence, Barack Obama immediately weighed in on the issue and presumed the innocence of Gates and presumed the guilt of the police officer. If Obama were being interviewed as a prospective juror for a trial, this prejudicial attitude should have excluded him from the jury pool. Had Obama read the police report, he might have had a different opinion, but his knee jerk reaction speaks volumes about Obama’s unresolved personal bigotry. His three minute answer to the question also explains how Obama could sit in Reverend Wright’s church and listen to hate filled sermons for twenty years. Obama has serious racism issues of his own.
When I want to hear clarity on an issue, I turn to Juan Williams, Charles Krauthammer on Fox Special Report to hear wise analysis. It’s just terribly sad that our president lacks the maturity to not interject his racial prejudice into an already difficult issue. Here’s what they have to say…
