I informed Cathie of my knowledge of geology and climate science and told her that at least 700 scientists are now strongly opposed to the idea that CO2 causes climate variability. We are in a solar minimum and global average temperatures are falling. This bill is a massive tax increase and to vote in favor of the Waxman-Hawley bill would be grossly irresponsible.
