Tysheia’s comment also illustrates the intellectual giants who make up the loony left. Why is it that such brilliant people can only mouth off by name calling rather than challenge the ideas with genuine debate. Tysheia is surely a so brilliant as to have evolved past the need for intelligent speech.

The vested interests in Washington have a lot invested in the IRS code because it protects those in power. My hope is that FairTax is the chosen tax reform because is abolishes the IRS, and makes it unconstitutional. Getting a constitutional amendment passed will be a challenge because so worth it in the end. Did you read how John Kerry and especially John Edwards were able to legally avoid taxes? I’ll bet you and I paid a higher rate than they did…

Even though we will still have our Constitutionally obligated taxes like the Excise and Tariffs, I still prefer this system over the confusing tax code we currently have. Plus, I believe that some of those who are in government probably would leave because they are only in it for tax breaks and special things they can get. Getting rid of the tax code, gets rid of alot of the freebies. At least I can hope
